I love destination weddings. This Costa Rica destination wedding was a memorable one. Destination weddings are a more intimate type of wedding that allows all the guests to interact, get to know each other and everyone can enjoy an adventure with the couple. I had the pleasure of photographing Lauren and Brett’s wedding and their day after portraits on the beautiful Gulf of Papagayo in Costa Rica. The days leading to the wedding were spent outdoors: zip-lining through the forest, relaxing at the hot springs, snorkelling, sailing off to the ocean at sunset on a catamaran that the couple arranged for all the guests as an ice breaker.
