Happy Friday! I can’t believe we’re halfway through the year already. I’m in the middle of a busy season and I feel like there are so many things going on it’s hard to keep track of my to-do’s. This is when I get overwhelmed, so then I create my lists of to-do’s for the day, for the week, and for the month. Kind of like goals but smaller. It also helps when you’re inspired and motivated, so here’s a quote that I love and go by:
Don’t think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art.

The images above are from one of my favourite restaurants, former Colette Grand Café, early in the spring (2015) and I happened to have my film camera on me. I quickly snapped a photo because I just loved how the light was hitting the room. Beautiful venue. I love the food too!
